Join this fun and engaging workshop from Primary Care Alberta on Tuesday, July 14, 8:30 a.m.–noon on Zoom, where you’ll explore the impact of health literacy skills on your patients’ healthcare experience. You’ll gain skills for improving patient health literacy, which is the ability to access, understand and act on health information. A patient’s health literacy has a direct impact on their health status and influences how they take action on their health.
